Brianne Stephens earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice, with a minor in English, from the University of Alabama in 2021. During her undergraduate years, Brianne was actively involved on campus, serving as a member of Al’s Pals, where she worked closely with children, and gaining valuable experience working with people from all walks of life through her four years in the International Undergraduate Admissions Office.
Brianne went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 2025. While in law school, she demonstrated a commitment to leadership and service, serving as an officer of Women in Law and participating actively in both the Alabama Student Bar Association and the First-Generation Lawyers Association.
With deep roots in the Birmingham community and a passion for advocacy, Brianne brings a thoughtful, service-oriented approach to the firm.
