As the year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to say thank you. Your trust, referrals, and continued support have allowed us to serve more families across Alabama with guidance, protection, and peace of mind as they plan for the future. We are grateful to be part of your community and honored to walk alongside you and your loved ones.
This year also brought meaningful growth and exciting improvements within our firm. We’re especially happy to share a few highlights:
Welcoming New Team Members
We are thrilled to have two fantastic additions to our office:
- Emily Mullins recently joined us to step into the front-desk role after Makenzie’s longtime service. Emily is a recent graduate of Samford University and a South Carolina native. She is truly the face of our firm and the first friendly voice many people hear when they call. We’re grateful for the warmth, professionalism, and steady presence she brings each day.
- Brianne Stephens has also joined the firm. Brianne is a recent graduate of Cumberland School of Law and will be taking the Alabama Bar Exam in February. Until then, she will be assisting as a paralegal. We are already excited about the care and dedication she brings to clients, and we hope she will stay on as a new attorney following the Bar.
Growing Stronger Behind the Scenes
You may not see it directly, but this year we made major upgrades to support you even better. Jennifer Taylor has been especially busy as we upgraded our Client Management software to a more robust platform and transitioned our drafting software to a better provider. Learning two new systems at once is no small task, but Jennifer has taken it on with her usual skill and determination. These improvements will help us serve clients more smoothly, quickly, and securely in the year ahead.
Continuing Community Education
Bill has also stayed busy sharing information and education throughout the community. Most recently, he spoke at The Crossings at Riverchase on an important topic: Elder Financial Abuse. We strongly believe that education is one of the best tools for protecting older adults and their families. If your organization, facility, or group is looking for a speaker on elder law, caregiving challenges, estate planning, or financial protection, please feel free to reach out. We’re always happy to help.
As we look ahead to the coming year, our mission remains the same: to help older adults and their families plan wisely, protect what matters most, and move forward with confidence.
From all of us at Alabama Elder Care Law Firm, we wish you a peaceful holiday season and a healthy, hope-filled New Year. Thank you again for being part of our story.
Warmly,
The Alabama Elder Care Law Firm Team
